When Good Goes Bad... multi plane.

There's a reoccurring theme here...
This piece is part of the super fresh 'Multi Plane Show' over at Corey Helford Gallery LA. Featuring 50 artist, opening the 12th December.
The early Disney cartoons were filmed using the multi plane technique, where individual elements; characters, background etc. were painted onto panes of glass, staggered then filmed to give depth to the animation...
This piece is reverse painted with enamels onto 2 sheets of glass and a backboard, then staggered in a bespoke frame.
